Narrative:

A B747 transitioning zan airspace was xferred to edmonton center at cohil at FL350 (non radar). Aircraft was actually at FL370. Flight data strip indicated FL350 and update via ocs to FL370 was missed. Aircraft entered edmonton airspace at incorrect altitude. Fix-automatic information xfer capability between zan and edmonton center. Radar coverage in the affected area.
