Narrative:
I released an aircraft for unv airport and climbed the aircraft to 15000 ft. I failed to hand off the aircraft and he flew into another sector's airspace. The controller descended another aircraft through the one I failed to hand off, resulting in a loss of separation.

Title: ZNY CTLR EXPERIENCED BOTH AN OPERROR AND OPDEV, FAILING TO HAND OFF ACFT TO ADJACENT SECTOR.
Narrative: I RELEASED AN ACFT FOR UNV ARPT AND CLBED THE ACFT TO 15000 FT. I FAILED TO HAND OFF THE ACFT AND HE FLEW INTO ANOTHER SECTOR'S AIRSPACE. THE CTLR DSNDED ANOTHER ACFT THROUGH THE ONE I FAILED TO HAND OFF, RESULTING IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
