Narrative:
MEL for the heads-up guidance system on aircraft X after #4 window change in ZZZ1 found parts not correctly installed that prevented the combine from being properly installed. Cleared 2 maintenance write-ups for the deferred item which was log pages X and Y. The same pages came up when I looked in computer for deferred pages. The MEL sticker only had 4 numbers in the log page area of the sticker. I cleared only what came up as deferred and agreed with the main write-ups I had to work with. Nothing led me to log page Z or the MEL. This work was accomplished on the morning of mar/mon/05 from XA30-XC40. I called maintenance controller and told them of the MEL I was clearing at the time of signoff.
