Narrative:
Apr/sat/95; aircraft terminated with an inbound write-up. First officer's airspeed indicator fogged up in-flight. So I right&right'ed airspeed indicator in accordance with maintenance manual. Indicator was properly secured at that time. Apr/sun/05 on takeoff roll; first officer's airspeed indicator was found unsecured; rejected takeoff. Indicator was then re-secured per maintenance manual.
