Narrative:
For the quick turn and hot brakes we coordination chocks in the mains and parking brake release with fans. After preflight awaiting bags to be loaded; the tug driver asked for the brakes to be released for on-time and I informed her the brakes were still released for cooling. I asked if the chocks and fans had been pulled already and she said yes. Chocks were pulled by ramp personnel without coordinating brakes being reset with cockpit crew. More concern with on-time than safety!
