Narrative:

Aircraft X; gate called approximately XA00. Hydraulic leak at right main landing gear well. Found down lock actuator line dripping. Tightened line; lear checked good. Aircraft took off and returned to field (XB00). Left system hydraulic quantity low. Found line previously tightened had blown hole in side of line above fitting. Replaced line with temporary line and programmed for replacement. Aircraft landed approximately XE00.
