Narrative:

Half an hour prior to pushback; the captain was asked to take an alcohol test in the cockpit. This test took about 15 mins. The distraction caused us to miss a second dispatch release with an entirely new flight plan. Center later inquired as to what our route of flight was and we straightened it out with ATC.
