Narrative:
I was assigned to aircraft X r-hand wing. I installed r-hand wing slat panel per the maintenance manual to the best of my knowledge. 2 days later; panel was noted being liberated from the aircraft. The plane had flown approximately 12 legs prior to it being noticed missing.

Title: A B737 HAD A R-HAND WING SLAT ACCESS PANEL DEPART THE ACFT. DISCOVERED AFTER 12 LEGS FLOWN.
Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED TO ACFT X R-HAND WING. I INSTALLED R-HAND WING SLAT PANEL PER THE MAINT MANUAL TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. 2 DAYS LATER; PANEL WAS NOTED BEING LIBERATED FROM THE ACFT. THE PLANE HAD FLOWN APPROX 12 LEGS PRIOR TO IT BEING NOTICED MISSING.
