Narrative:
On TRISS2 departure; after triss; the FMS sent us to txk instead of shero intersection. ATC alerted us nearing shero; gave us a heading; then sent us direct to txk. We had reviewed the FMS course against the procedure plate and flight plan during our preflight checks. Don't know if we missed shero or it dropped out of the FMS somehow. Will be more vigilant in both preflight and in flight in the future to catch this type of problem. Called ATC on the ground. They have filed a deviation against us saying that they need to document the problem and get it fixed.
