Narrative:
After placarding the WX radar on system; I inadvertently put the wrong part number for the WX radar antenna in the parts field. Verified correct antenna is now installed on aircraft. I confused the antenna part numbers between the different types of these aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 687135: replaced a WX antenna on aircraft. I used the part number that was entered on the form. The WX radar test failed; system was already on MEL. I was informed that part number antenna was not for this aircraft. Antenna was replaced with correct part number. The information on the form gave an incorrect part number.
