Approximately 60 mi south of zzzzz intersection; center hydraulic quantity light and EICAS message. Center quantity 48% and dropping. Followed QRH procedure and shut down both center hydraulic pumps. Contacted dispatch via phone patch; dispatch advised best divert airport as ZZZ approximately 440 NM west. Declared an emergency and received ATC clearance from new york oceanic left turn direct ZZZ at FL340. Flight continued to ZZZ and landed without incident.
