Narrative:
Filed and cleared to arrive phl on the bojid 1 RNAV STAR; we both entered same into FMS from both sides several times and in several ways in every conceivable order; to both sets of runways; but could never cause the FMS to load/display 'any' of the 'runway specific' points on the arrival (those after scool). Magenta line ended with a discontinuity at scool every time; then would show selected transition to selected approach; but never bojid; kyill; or any of the other points downline from these. The road very simply ended at scool; no matter which approach to which runway we selected. This flight landed without incident after querying approach if any other aircraft had reported any database abnormalities with the bojid arrival; and receiving a negative response; including one 'live' from another aircraft on the arrival with us. I suggest that the current database may be defective or corrupt and perhaps an F4 message or HI6 is in order; as well as a call to whoever makes these FMS's.

Title: MD83 FLT CREW HAS AN FMC ANOMALY DURING LOADING OF THE BOJID 1 RNAV STAR TO PHL.
Narrative: FILED AND CLRED TO ARRIVE PHL ON THE BOJID 1 RNAV STAR; WE BOTH ENTERED SAME INTO FMS FROM BOTH SIDES SEVERAL TIMES AND IN SEVERAL WAYS IN EVERY CONCEIVABLE ORDER; TO BOTH SETS OF RWYS; BUT COULD NEVER CAUSE THE FMS TO LOAD/DISPLAY 'ANY' OF THE 'RWY SPECIFIC' POINTS ON THE ARR (THOSE AFTER SCOOL). MAGENTA LINE ENDED WITH A DISCONTINUITY AT SCOOL EVERY TIME; THEN WOULD SHOW SELECTED TRANSITION TO SELECTED APCH; BUT NEVER BOJID; KYILL; OR ANY OF THE OTHER POINTS DOWNLINE FROM THESE. THE ROAD VERY SIMPLY ENDED AT SCOOL; NO MATTER WHICH APCH TO WHICH RWY WE SELECTED. THIS FLT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AFTER QUERYING APCH IF ANY OTHER ACFT HAD RPTED ANY DATABASE ABNORMALITIES WITH THE BOJID ARR; AND RECEIVING A NEGATIVE RESPONSE; INCLUDING ONE 'LIVE' FROM ANOTHER ACFT ON THE ARR WITH US. I SUGGEST THAT THE CURRENT DATABASE MAY BE DEFECTIVE OR CORRUPT AND PERHAPS AN F4 MESSAGE OR HI6 IS IN ORDER; AS WELL AS A CALL TO WHOEVER MAKES THESE FMS'S.
