Narrative:
I was the captain PNF with the first officer as the PF. We landed in hnl on runway 4L and were instructed to hold short of runway 8L at taxiway G. The first officer was unsure where to taxi to so I told him 'left on taxiway east straight ahead and then the next left' and signaled with my hands. The first officer turned left on taxiway east and instead of turning left on taxiway B; continued straight ahead and crossed the hold short line of runway 8L at taxiway east. Upon crossing the tower again said hold short of runway 8L. I immediately stepped on the brakes and we came to a stop past the hold short line. Luckily we are a small aircraft and there was plenty of space so that we did not reach the runway proper. This was caused by several factors. There was a miscom between myself and the first officer. I assumed the first officer knew where to go and was completing a time sheet and not watching where he was going. Supplemental information from acn 693010: the main reason for the occurrence of the problem was miscom between me and the captain. The incursion happened in hnl. I was the PF; we landed on runway 4L and was instructed to make a left on taxiway east and hold short of runway 8L on taxiway G. At that time while the instructions were given I was busy slowing down the airplane so I had my full attention to the airplane and didn't catch the taxi instructions. So after I got off of runway 4L and taxiway east I asked my captain if I was to go straight out on taxiway east and he said yes; and we even both pointed out with our hands open straight ahead.

Title: C208 FLT CREW HAS A RWY INCURSION AT HNL.
Narrative: I WAS THE CAPT PNF WITH THE FO AS THE PF. WE LANDED IN HNL ON RWY 4L AND WERE INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 8L AT TXWY G. THE FO WAS UNSURE WHERE TO TAXI TO SO I TOLD HIM 'L ON TXWY E STRAIGHT AHEAD AND THEN THE NEXT L' AND SIGNALED WITH MY HANDS. THE FO TURNED L ON TXWY E AND INSTEAD OF TURNING L ON TXWY B; CONTINUED STRAIGHT AHEAD AND CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE OF RWY 8L AT TXWY E. UPON XING THE TWR AGAIN SAID HOLD SHORT OF RWY 8L. I IMMEDIATELY STEPPED ON THE BRAKES AND WE CAME TO A STOP PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE. LUCKILY WE ARE A SMALL ACFT AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF SPACE SO THAT WE DID NOT REACH THE RWY PROPER. THIS WAS CAUSED BY SEVERAL FACTORS. THERE WAS A MISCOM BTWN MYSELF AND THE FO. I ASSUMED THE FO KNEW WHERE TO GO AND WAS COMPLETING A TIME SHEET AND NOT WATCHING WHERE HE WAS GOING. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 693010: THE MAIN REASON FOR THE OCCURRENCE OF THE PROB WAS MISCOM BTWN ME AND THE CAPT. THE INCURSION HAPPENED IN HNL. I WAS THE PF; WE LANDED ON RWY 4L AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A L ON TXWY E AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 8L ON TXWY G. AT THAT TIME WHILE THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN I WAS BUSY SLOWING DOWN THE AIRPLANE SO I HAD MY FULL ATTN TO THE AIRPLANE AND DIDN'T CATCH THE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. SO AFTER I GOT OFF OF RWY 4L AND TXWY E I ASKED MY CAPT IF I WAS TO GO STRAIGHT OUT ON TXWY E AND HE SAID YES; AND WE EVEN BOTH POINTED OUT WITH OUR HANDS OPEN STRAIGHT AHEAD.
