Narrative:
Contacted maintenance planner in ZZZ that task intervals for cis not recorded properly. Engineering order X (part B) was complied with and paperwork facsimile'ed and routed as required. Upon inspection; found crack requiring inspection to be conducted at 65 hour intervals. Research idented that crack was previously found on mar/tue/06 in ZZZ which would require the inspection at 65 hour intervals and compliance of engineering order X.
