Narrative:

I was called in to assist a very busy combined sector. Instead of allowing me to split a sector; I was asked to 'D-side' to aid in training. Air carrier X; who had been xferred to 9600 meters; was climbed to 10600 meters. I wrote the new altitude but failed to notice that it was different from the altitude coordination earlier. I had been on the sector for 1 min when the errant clearance was delivered so I was unaware that a deviation was developing.
