Narrative:

Departure with both aircraft on RNAV departure. No loss of separation occurred. The MD80 was supposed to be on the RNAV SID going from fix navye to jgirl to curts. The B737 appeared to be on more of a sse heading after jgirl while it should have been on more of an east heading. I instructed the MD80 to turn left heading 060 degrees and maintain 8000 ft. There was never any loss of separation due to there always being 1000 ft and over 3 miles between the 2 aircraft.
