Narrative:
Flight plan routing was via dall 8 departure. Pre departure clearance clearance was for triss 2 departure. Failed to note difference. On climb; ATC said we missed our turn and to turn right and proceed direct triss waypoint which we did. It was at this time I noticed our error. No further problems encountered. Supplemental information from acn 700027: factors include late departure; 99 degrees F day in dfw; full flight and trying to get flight out as close to on-time as possible.
