Narrative:
On ILS approach runway 9R, both navigation receivers showed us established inbound on the localizer. TCASII showed traffic at 11 O'clock and issued a TA. Traffic became closer, TCASII issued an RA to stop descending. At the same time, ATC told us to turn 25 degrees right to re-intercept 9R localizer. We had drifted towards the 9L localizer. We complied with ATC's instructions. This time, we intercepted 9R localizer and landed normally. Had maintenance check the navigation system, they found no defects. I suspect traffic on the ground strayed too close to the localizer signal, giving us an erroneous indication.

Title: ACR FLC RPT ON HDG TRACK DEV WHILE APPARENTLY ON LOC COURSE, BUT INFRINGING ON PARALLEL LOC COURSE.
Narrative: ON ILS APCH RWY 9R, BOTH NAV RECEIVERS SHOWED US ESTABLISHED INBOUND ON THE LOC. TCASII SHOWED TFC AT 11 O'CLOCK AND ISSUED A TA. TFC BECAME CLOSER, TCASII ISSUED AN RA TO STOP DSNDING. AT THE SAME TIME, ATC TOLD US TO TURN 25 DEGS R TO RE-INTERCEPT 9R LOC. WE HAD DRIFTED TOWARDS THE 9L LOC. WE COMPLIED WITH ATC'S INSTRUCTIONS. THIS TIME, WE INTERCEPTED 9R LOC AND LANDED NORMALLY. HAD MAINT CHK THE NAV SYS, THEY FOUND NO DEFECTS. I SUSPECT TFC ON THE GND STRAYED TOO CLOSE TO THE LOC SIGNAL, GIVING US AN ERRONEOUS INDICATION.
