Narrative:
Aircraft on heavy check test flight after maintenance base visit. During in-flight check of alternate flap extension; EICAS leading edge slat disagree caution displayed and leading edge slat disagree light illuminated with flaps at 3 degrees. Both indications were intermittent. During second attempt the same indications displayed after flaps reached 5 degrees. Note: the alternate flap check was performed before flight and after landing and the alternate flap system operated normal. Maintenance action was performed and the alternate flaps operated normal on the refly.

Title: A B767-300ER ON A TEST FLT AFTER HVY MAINT DURING THE ALTERNATE FLAP EXTENSION TEST HAS EICAS WARNING 'SLAT DISAGREE.' SECOND ATTEMPT HAD SAME INDICATIONS.
Narrative: ACFT ON HVY CHK TEST FLT AFTER MAINT BASE VISIT. DURING INFLT CHK OF ALTERNATE FLAP EXTENSION; EICAS LEADING EDGE SLAT DISAGREE CAUTION DISPLAYED AND LEADING EDGE SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH FLAPS AT 3 DEGS. BOTH INDICATIONS WERE INTERMITTENT. DURING SECOND ATTEMPT THE SAME INDICATIONS DISPLAYED AFTER FLAPS REACHED 5 DEGS. NOTE: THE ALTERNATE FLAP CHK WAS PERFORMED BEFORE FLT AND AFTER LNDG AND THE ALTERNATE FLAP SYS OPERATED NORMAL. MAINT ACTION WAS PERFORMED AND THE ALTERNATE FLAPS OPERATED NORMAL ON THE REFLY.
