Incorrectly assigned windshield re-torque time/flight limits on MEL. Aircraft over-flew time/flight limit for re-torque of windshield fasteners. Notified of mistake at XA00 on jul/sun/06. Contributing factors: I had never MEL'ed in this category (rsi) before. 2) was filling-in in the position (lead man) that day.
