Narrative:
Expansion of the terminal building at lex airport has created a point on taxiway C; a movement area; to be not visible from the tower. Aircraft cannot be seen on the part of taxiway C behind the new construction. No NOTAMS have been issued and it remains a movement area making ground control responsible for separating aircraft on a taxiway obstructed from view.

Title: LEX TWR CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING NEW TERMINAL CONSTRUCTION THAT HE CLAIMS BLOCKS VISIBILITY ON TXWY C.
Narrative: EXPANSION OF THE TERMINAL BUILDING AT LEX ARPT HAS CREATED A POINT ON TXWY C; A MOVEMENT AREA; TO BE NOT VISIBLE FROM THE TWR.
