Narrative:

Approximately 1000 ft AGL on visual final to runway 19L EICAS messages indicated sudden loss of total center hydraulic system. Continued approach and landed normally. Nosewheel steering not available. Cleared runway 19L at Y7 and brought the aircraft clear of the runway. Operations responded to the site and after cleaning up the hydraulic spill we were towed to the gate with no problems. Maintenance indicated that I had blown the nose gear up-lock return line.
