Narrative:
Bird strike on rotation runway 29 oak. Immediately got stick shaker and indicated airspeed disagreement warnings. First officer's airspeed was 60 KTS less than the captain and standby indicators. During vectors for a downwind return to oak both eec's went to 'alternate mode.' we then experienced a loss of FMC on the first officer's side. Completed all checklists and made a return landing at oak runway 29. Postflt inspection revealed the bird hit the upper pitot tube on the first officer's side.
