Narrative:

We leveled at 17000 ft and reset altimeters to another local altimeter setting given by ATC. Subsequently we were given a climb. While in the climb we were deviating around WX and were having a hard time communicating with ATC (for the deviation) due to the volume of radio traffic; which were 2 big distrs. As we passed through FL180 we forgot to reset the altimeters to 29.92 until we leveled off at FL350 and ATC said '...we show you are FL356....'
