Narrative:
While accomplishing deferral of l-hand thrust reverser; inadvertently missed the downgrade portion of the MEL. My solution to this oversight is to black and white border of any and all downgrades of MEL's or mpm's requirements in the MEL section. I will do my best to be more consistent in the future while deferring any items of such importance.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE L ENG THRUST REVERSER DEFERRED AS INOPERATIVE PER THE MEL. FAILED TO REMOVE AIRPLANE FROM AUTOLAND PER SPECIAL MEL PROCS.
Narrative: WHILE ACCOMPLISHING DEFERRAL OF L-HAND THRUST REVERSER; INADVERTENTLY MISSED THE DOWNGRADE PORTION OF THE MEL. MY SOLUTION TO THIS OVERSIGHT IS TO BLACK AND WHITE BORDER OF ANY AND ALL DOWNGRADES OF MEL'S OR MPM'S REQUIREMENTS IN THE MEL SECTION. I WILL DO MY BEST TO BE MORE CONSISTENT IN THE FUTURE WHILE DEFERRING ANY ITEMS OF SUCH IMPORTANCE.
