Narrative:
After landing on runway 12R at sat I was cleared to taxi to my hangar. There are parallel txwys at sat; txwys G and H with a run-up area at the end of taxiway G. Our hangar is past the run-up area. I taxied down taxiway G and entered the run-up area planning to exit at the far end; taxiway Z; in front of a regional jet holding in the run-up area. Taxiway Z in front of the regional jet was blocked off so I chose to exit behind the rj on taxiway K. As I went behind the rj the tail of the cessna was lifted causing the aircraft to rotate forward and down which caused the propeller to strike the ground.
