Narrative:

Due to new construction between taxiway a and taxiway C it has created a blind spot on taxiway a. The area from approach end runway 36 to taxiway A4 not visible from tower. Management has not addressed this issue. This is a safety issue since you cannot see aircraft or vehicles in this area. There is also an ILS critical area on this taxiway a.
