Narrative:
Loss of main and backup pitch trim after takeoff. Could not restore pitch trim after following checklists. Considered returning to departure airport; but due to low ceilings in the entire area decided to continue to destination with favorable ceilings. Declared an emergency and made an uneventful landing at destination.

Narrative: LOSS OF MAIN AND BACKUP PITCH TRIM AFTER TKOF. COULD NOT RESTORE PITCH TRIM AFTER FOLLOWING CHKLISTS. CONSIDERED RETURNING TO DEP ARPT; BUT DUE TO LOW CEILINGS IN THE ENTIRE AREA DECIDED TO CONTINUE TO DEST WITH FAVORABLE CEILINGS. DECLARED AN EMER AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG AT DEST.
