Narrative:
The 10-9 chart for bos is confusing when landing on runway 27 with both west and south closed. The chart appears to indicate that one can just taxi straight off the runway but this is incorrect. The chart needs to be amended or the pavement painted or marked differently. This is extremely difficult to see during night or low visibility operations.

Title: ACR CAPT RPTS CONFUSION OVER THE BOS ARPT DIAGRAM AT THE INTXN OF RWYS 27 AND RWY 4L.
Narrative: THE 10-9 CHART FOR BOS IS CONFUSING WHEN LANDING ON RWY 27 WITH BOTH W AND S CLOSED. THE CHART APPEARS TO INDICATE THAT ONE CAN JUST TAXI STRAIGHT OFF THE RWY BUT THIS IS INCORRECT. THE CHART NEEDS TO BE AMENDED OR THE PAVEMENT PAINTED OR MARKED DIFFERENTLY. THIS IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO SEE DURING NIGHT OR LOW VIS OPERATIONS.
