Narrative:

Landed aircraft on runway xxr spoilers deployed on touchdown. Selected reverse thrust. Aircraft decelerated to approximately 90-100 KTS. Applied brakes; aircraft drifted to right. Tried steering with nosewheel steering to no avail. Increased left brake pressure; no effect. Aircraft departed paved surface at approximately 60 KTS parallel to runway; regained paved surface after about 1000 ft. Wind was 300 degrees at 14 KTS with gusts. Advised maintenance and tower. Taxied to gate under own power.
