Narrative:
I started the takeoff roll as the PF. Everything was normal until 50 KTS. At approximately 50 KTS we had a complete electrical failure. First the captain side pfd nd and upper ECAM went out; then the lower ECAM and my pfd and nd failed. The captain called for the reject and took over the aircraft. I tried to call tower to notify them of the abort and that was when I realized our radios were gone also. As we slowed to a crawl some of the systems started coming back. I let tower know we were able to clear the runway. We cleared runway and reset gen 1 and got a lot of the stuff back. At this point there was still multiple failures; but the northwest steering and brakes were all normal again. One failure to note was a dc bus tie failure on the status page. After that we had an uneventful taxi back to the gate.callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the first electrical fault occurred at about 40 KTS just after toga power was set when the captain's instruments failed. Several seconds later; at about 60 KTS the first officer's instruments also failed. The aircraft was slowed and at first no action was taken until the AC FSS feed altn was selected and much of the inoperative equipment returned. Gen 1 was then reset. The only apparent failure remaining was the dc bus tie fail off light. The reporter has no further information about the event.

Title: AN A320 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAULTED DURING TKOF POWER APPLICATION AT 50 KTS. TKOF REJECTED. THE CREW FOUND GEN 1 TRIPPED THEN SELECTED AC ESS FEED ALTN. A DC BUS TIE STATUS ECAM REMAINED.

THE ONLY APPARENT FAILURE REMAINING WAS THE DC BUS TIE FAIL OFF LIGHT. THE REPORTER HAS NO FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT.
