Narrative:
On pre-taxi walkaround; the #3 main landing gear wheel assembly was found to have a loose tie-bolt. The wheel and tire were changed during the overnight visit. Get rid of outsourced maintenance and return wheel and tire assembly work to qualified company mechanics.

Title: AN AIRBUS A-320 MECHANIC REPORTS ON FINDING THE #3 MAIN LNDG GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY WITH A LOOSE TIE-BOLT DURING PRE-TAXI WALKAROUND.
Narrative: ON PRE-TAXI WALKAROUND; THE #3 MAIN LNDG GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND TO HAVE A LOOSE TIE-BOLT. THE WHEEL AND TIRE WERE CHANGED DURING THE OVERNIGHT VISIT. GET RID OF OUTSOURCED MAINT AND RETURN WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY WORK TO QUALIFIED COMPANY MECHS.
