Narrative:
For the last 2 weeks; military C130's have been conducting parachute operations at choctaw (nfj); apparently with the military's knowledge and approval. The airspace around nfj is highly congested with numerous VFR and IFR aircraft eastbound and wbound down the coast. In addition; military T34's operate along the coastline performing aerobatics at all altitudes. When the C130's climb out of nfj; they conflict with all of this traffic -- particularly the T34's who are using the same general area to perform aerobatics and out of control flight. There appears to have been no briefing to the military pilots about the C130 operations; and the controller working this sector is constantly calling traffic to all involved. It is a huge workload and could cause the controller to be distraction from other duties. I also am concerned that due to the congestion and the large volume of aircraft operating; there is a real danger of collision. I have passed along my concerns to the P31 supervisors and operations manager. We have been told that both branches of the military are going to meet to discuss this operation for 2 weeks now; but nothing has been done; and several times a day this situation occurs.

Title: P31 CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING THE RECENT MIL OPS AT NFJ; CLAIMING OTHER CIVIL AREA TFC COULD CREATE A SAFETY ISSUE.
Narrative: FOR THE LAST 2 WKS; MIL C130'S HAVE BEEN CONDUCTING PARACHUTE OPS AT CHOCTAW (NFJ); APPARENTLY WITH THE MIL'S KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL. THE AIRSPACE AROUND NFJ IS HIGHLY CONGESTED WITH NUMEROUS VFR AND IFR ACFT EBOUND AND WBOUND DOWN THE COAST. IN ADDITION; MIL T34'S OPERATE ALONG THE COASTLINE PERFORMING AEROBATICS AT ALL ALTS. WHEN THE C130'S CLB OUT OF NFJ; THEY CONFLICT WITH ALL OF THIS TFC -- PARTICULARLY THE T34'S WHO ARE USING THE SAME GENERAL AREA TO PERFORM AEROBATICS AND OUT OF CTL FLT. THERE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN NO BRIEFING TO THE MIL PLTS ABOUT THE C130 OPS; AND THE CTLR WORKING THIS SECTOR IS CONSTANTLY CALLING TFC TO ALL INVOLVED. IT IS A HUGE WORKLOAD AND COULD CAUSE THE CTLR TO BE DISTR FROM OTHER DUTIES. I ALSO AM CONCERNED THAT DUE TO THE CONGESTION AND THE LARGE VOLUME OF ACFT OPERATING; THERE IS A REAL DANGER OF COLLISION. I HAVE PASSED ALONG MY CONCERNS TO THE P31 SUPVRS AND OPS MGR.
