Narrative:
A tug crossed in front of our aircraft while we were taxiing in to gate X. Passed from right to left about 100 ft in front of our aircraft at about 25 mph. Our taxi light was off as we were under the control of a marshaller who witnessed the event as well. The incident was reported to ATC ground control and station operations.

Title: B737 FLT CREW UNDER MARSHAL'S CONTROL AND NEARING GATE REPORTS A TUG CUTTING ACROSS LEAD-IN LINE AT 25 MPH.
Narrative: A TUG CROSSED IN FRONT OF OUR ACFT WHILE WE WERE TAXIING IN TO GATE X. PASSED FROM R TO L ABOUT 100 FT IN FRONT OF OUR ACFT AT ABOUT 25 MPH. OUR TAXI LIGHT WAS OFF AS WE WERE UNDER THE CTL OF A MARSHALLER WHO WITNESSED THE EVENT AS WELL. THE INCIDENT WAS RPTED TO ATC GND CTL AND STATION OPS.
