Narrative:
Snow at dfw and flight calling for slush corrections; but dfw only shows wet. I spoke with dfw ramp several times and asked them to update the field report. They just kept on saying they will do it but they never did. Finally; I had dfw tell me he was too busy doing paperwork to get to it but he would soon. This is the second snow storm this week and the second time I have had the same problem.
