Narrative:
Air carrier Y; an MD11; landed on runway 7R; turned off at taxiway G; was given instructions to cross runway 7L over to taxiway right. I told another aircraft; air carrier Z (B744); who was taxiing out to runway 32 at taxiway K for departure to hold short of taxiway right for the MD11 to cross in front of him. Meanwhile; air carrier X (B190); who had been previously cleared to land on runway 7L was on short final to runway 7L. Pilot of air carrier X advised he was going around. I issued go around instructions just before the amass alerted. Air carrier X returned and landed without incident. Winds at the time of the incident were 270-300 degrees at 10-15 KTS. Time of incident was just before XA00. I had been on position for approximately 1 hour 45 mins prior to the incident.
