Narrative:

#7 main landing gear tire blown on landing. All other tires ok; autobrakes selected to 2 for landing and manual braking at approximately 60 KTS. Supplemental information from acn 786504: on landing; we noticed the brakes seemed to apply at a level greater than automatic #2. On rollout; the tower advised us that he saw some flames and smoke coming from the right main gear. We stopped the aircraft and asked for crash fire rescue equipment to check the tire. We called for maintenance to check the tires. After maintenance checked the tires; they towed the plane to the ramp. It appears the #7 tire was not rolling after landing and skidded till the tire blew.
