Narrative:

Dispatch re-filed flight plan which we did not receive due to computer glitch according to dispatch. The pre departure clearance revised segment showed none but the pre departure clearance was referring to the newly filed flight plan. We flew the original flight plan which was not the correct one; overlooking the fact that pre departure clearance showed proper route under filed route.

Title: FLT CREW OF B757-200 ASSUMES LACK OF A REVISED SEGMENT ON THEIR PDC CLRNC APPLIED TO THEIR ORIGINAL FLT PLAN. LATER DISCOVER DISPATCH HAD FILED A REVISED FLT PLAN WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED TO THE FLT CREW.

Narrative: DISPATCH RE-FILED FLT PLAN WHICH WE DID NOT RECEIVE DUE TO COMPUTER GLITCH ACCORDING TO DISPATCH. THE PDC REVISED SEGMENT SHOWED NONE BUT THE PDC WAS REFERRING TO THE NEWLY FILED FLT PLAN. WE FLEW THE ORIGINAL FLT PLAN WHICH WAS NOT THE CORRECT ONE; OVERLOOKING THE FACT THAT PDC SHOWED PROPER RTE UNDER FILED RTE.
