Narrative:
On climb out ZZZZ the left engine generator tripped off line. We ran the QRH for generator off and tried to reset the generator. It did not reset. As per QRH we tried to start the APU but were unsuccessful. Per QRH we proceeded to nearest suitable airport (mjb) and landed.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT ZZZZ THE L ENG GENERATOR TRIPPED OFF LINE. WE RAN THE QRH FOR GENERATOR OFF AND TRIED TO RESET THE GENERATOR. IT DID NOT RESET. AS PER QRH WE TRIED TO START THE APU BUT WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. PER QRH WE PROCEEDED TO NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT (MJB) AND LANDED.
