Narrative:

I was working the radar position at the seminole sector with scattered extreme precipitation surrounding the seminole VOR. An intruder appeared southeast of seminole indicating FL240. Seconds later; another intruder appeared east of my airspace indicating wbound flight at FL340. Within mins; more intruders appeared at various altitudes up to and including FL400. They all were with beacon codes and had history indicating direction of flight. I issued TA's to the planes I was working and issued vectors and/or altitude changes to avoid the intruders. I immediately advised my supervisor of the situation and approximately 10 mins later I was told there was a problem with the radar site and the intruders were not real.
