Narrative:
Departing runway on flight from ZZZ to ZZZ1 cleaning up the aircraft led #3 failed to retract which caused a slight roll of the aircraft. After reducing aircraft speed; doing appropriate checklist and emergency was declared. Aircraft returned to ZZZ for an overweight landing without further incident.

Title: A B737 FLT CREW EXPERIENCED A SLIGHT ROLL AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN A LEADING EDGE DEVICE FAILED TO RETRACT. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO DEP ARPT TO LAND.
Narrative: DEPARTING RWY ON FLT FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1 CLEANING UP THE ACFT LED #3 FAILED TO RETRACT WHICH CAUSED A SLIGHT ROLL OF THE ACFT. AFTER REDUCING ACFT SPD; DOING APPROPRIATE CHKLIST AND EMER WAS DECLARED. ACFT RETURNED TO ZZZ FOR AN OVERWT LNDG WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
