Narrative:
During a visual approach to landing at sarasota; fl (srq) we were cleared to land on runway 14. During the approach to landing we heard the controller tell the 2ND aircraft to 'go around' and then tell them to 'climb climb climb;' we did not have a visual on the second aircraft. We did not receive a TCAS warning and continued the landing. During the rollout after landing we approached the intersecting runway (04-22) to see a small single engine cessna pass over our heads and very close to the ground (approximately 50 ft). We intend to use a higher situational awareness of other aircraft during the use of intersecting runways. I believe the controller should have had better separation for the aircraft to 2 different runways. The pilot of the cessna should have executed the go around quicker and without hesitation.

Title: AIRCRAFT LANDING RUNWAY 14 AT SRQ HEARD ATC GO-AROUND INSTRUCTION TO ANOTHER AIRCRAFT; THEN OBSERVES LIGHT AIRCRAFT OVERFLY FROM INTERSECTING RUNWAY.
Narrative: DURING A VISUAL APCH TO LNDG AT SARASOTA; FL (SRQ) WE WERE CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 14. DURING THE APCH TO LNDG WE HEARD THE CTLR TELL THE 2ND ACFT TO 'GO AROUND' AND THEN TELL THEM TO 'CLB CLB CLB;' WE DID NOT HAVE A VISUAL ON THE SECOND ACFT. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A TCAS WARNING AND CONTINUED THE LNDG. DURING THE ROLLOUT AFTER LNDG WE APCHED THE INTERSECTING RWY (04-22) TO SEE A SMALL SINGLE ENG CESSNA PASS OVER OUR HEADS AND VERY CLOSE TO THE GND (APPROX 50 FT). WE INTEND TO USE A HIGHER SITUATIONAL AWARENESS OF OTHER ACFT DURING THE USE OF INTERSECTING RWYS. I BELIEVE THE CTLR SHOULD HAVE HAD BETTER SEPARATION FOR THE ACFT TO 2 DIFFERENT RWYS. THE PLT OF THE CESSNA SHOULD HAVE EXECUTED THE GAR QUICKER AND WITHOUT HESITATION.
