Narrative:
During landing roll, ATC clrd us to the ramp via runway 19 and charlie taxiway due to operational consideration we exit the runway at taxiway just past runway 19 and turn southwest on parallel taxiway and south on runway 19. We did not see any taxi signs. Preceeding down runway 19 and halfway down ATC informed us it was closed. ATC then advised us to cross runway 33 and proceed to the ramp. First of all, it was a bad time to advise us when and where to taxi. The taxiway sign was obscured by snow. Runway 19 was closed due to snow, but was clear as the txwys. I feel better communication between ATC and pilot are needed. More fam trips would help when the WX is bad.
