E170 entered cleveland approach airspace without a handoff. This happened due to many factors. My oversight; frequency congestion; possible frequency trouble; possible automation issues; and fatigue from being busy earlier and having no d-side.

Title: ZOB CONTROLLER DESCRIBED OPDEV WHEN AIRCRAFT WAS ALLOWED TO ENTER CLE AIRSPACE WITHOUT A HANDOFF. REPORTER LISTING A NUMBER OF CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
Narrative: E170 ENTERED CLEVELAND APCH AIRSPACE WITHOUT A HDOF. THIS HAPPENED DUE TO MANY FACTORS. MY OVERSIGHT; FREQ CONGESTION; POSSIBLE FREQ TROUBLE; POSSIBLE AUTOMATION ISSUES; AND FATIGUE FROM BEING BUSY EARLIER AND HAVING NO D-SIDE.
