Narrative:

During takeoff run; pilot not flying noted no airspeed increase at about 60 KTS on captain's airspeed indicator. Abort initiated at about 80 KTS. Tower advised; cleared runway; and stopped on taxiway to sort out the problem. While captain advised acp and dispatch; first officer received permission from ground control to inspect the aircraft exterior. First officer found right side pitot cover still installed with 'no flag.' all pins and flags had been removed during preflight. Pitot cover apparently was not attached to the flag which is also attached to the static port pins. It appears that either the line attaching the flag to the pitot cover either broke or was installed without being attached to the flag. Pitot cover was removed and we waited 25 minutes for brake cooling. Flight plan was reinstated and a normal takeoff was completed. Lesson learned: just because you remove the pins and flags; you are not necessarily assured that an unattached item has also been removed. We generally are 'creatures of habit.' the fact that the pitot cover is an innocuous black rather a much more visible red could cause the cover to be missed when not attached to the flag. Additionally; the pitot cover should never be installed if not attached to the flag.

Title: Hawker 800 flight crew rejects takeoff due to no airspeed indication on Captains side. Pitot cover is found to be installed with no flag. Pitot cover and static port pins are normally connected together and have a single large flag. The fact that they had become separated was over looked on preflight.
