Narrative:
Hts approach control frequency 120.9 should not be used to control traffic. Every time I go to hts, approach is blocked by transmissions from airborne aircraft talking to cle tower (120.9) and tower (120.9) and gso approach (120.9).a I M aware of a shortage of frequencys but the situation at hts is unacceptable. In the past 3 years I have reported this to hts approach several times but they still use 120.9 - help!
