Narrative:
Takeoff at 140 KTS (V1 was 135 KTS) #2 engine lost thrust after successful achieving target N1 or 94.5. Thrust decayed to approximately 70.0 to 75.0 N1 with resultant yaw. Thrust came back to auto-throttle commanded level at approximately 800 to 1000 ft AGL. Flight diverted to ZZZ for precautionary landing. Uneventful landing.
