Narrative:
While leading a 4 plane flight of fgt aircraft on vr 1089 I flew over an small aircraft (red letters/white body) at 500' AGL. I had just turned to the northwest after passing point C. It was necessary for me to climb at the last second to miss this aircraft. All members of my flight observed this event after I called his position and maneuvered. I believe both aircraft were legal in VFR conditions. It was just another instance of not seeing someone on a clear and a million day.
