Narrative:
Flight was at 8000 ft MSL. An ECAM green hydraulic overheat appeared. The appropriate QRH and ECAM procedures were followed. Crew declared an emergency with approach control. Crew advised passengers; and company of the situation. Aircraft landed uneventfully. Emergency vehicles met the aircraft maintenance pinned the gear. The aircraft was towed to the gate. All appropriate checklists and company procedures were followed. Crew continued on another aircraft.

Title: A320 flight crew experienced Green Hydraulic system overheat during arrival. ECAM procedures were complied with and uneventful landing ensued. Aircraft towed to the gate due to lack of nose wheel steering.
