Narrative:
While in landing pattern I had finished two touch and go landings on runway 27R. In my third circuit I informed the tower that this next landing would be a full stop. I was cleared to land on runway 27R. Winds were strong and gusting from the north during my base leg. In my turn to final my portable GPS fell to the floor due to the turbulence and I was concerned that the power and antenna cables might tangle with the yoke and I reached down and grabbed the unit. When I returned my attention to the runway; I lined up with and landed runway 27L. Runway 27L was NOTAM'ed closed for construction; however; the equipment was located at the opposite end of the runway. I realized my error immediately after landing and was instructed to telephone the control tower. After telephoning the tower from a local FBO; I taxied back to parking and saw another C150 land in runway 27L exactly as I had approximately 15 minutes earlier. I do not know if runway 27L had been reopened while I was at the FBO.
